Planning a Wedding in Sydney and New South Wales

Sydney, of course, is the largest city in New South Wales, one of the most popular vacation destinations in the world. Go south of Sydney to Wollongong, and book your special day in a place that offers paragliding and kayaking. Board the Cockatoo Run—it starts in Sydney, picks up passengers in Wollongong, and sweeps you up to the treetops of the Illawarra Fly, some of the best and most unusual scenery in the world. You can book your whole party on the Cockatoo Run and get married on the beach or in a private chapel.

You can also have a snowy wonderland wedding in the Snowy Mountains in southern New South Wales. Accommodations alongside the majestic Kosciusko National Park offer you a wedding package with skiing or other snow-time activities, or in the off-season you’ll enjoy bush walking or water play.

Explore Wagga Wagga—the most populated interior city in NSW—as a place for your wedding in New South Wales. It’s a paradise for nature lovers or sports enthusiasts.

It’s well prepared to accommodate your guests, and yet after your ceremony is over and they’ve departed, you’ll find plenty of hiking and fishing as well as many cultural events.
